Snapstay started with a conversation.

I was talking to boutique hotel owners about their daily operations. The pattern was obvious: they were drowning in complexity. Multiple systems that don’t talk to each other. Manual calendar syncing. Clunky interfaces built a decade ago. And on top of all that, paying 15-25% commissions to OTAs for every booking.

That commission rate stuck with me. A quarter of revenue, gone, just for being listed on a platform. It seemed fundamentally unfair, especially when the hotel is doing all the real work.

That stuck with me. Hotels shouldn’t have to choose between paying massive commissions and drowning in technical complexity.

I’ve been building software for 15 years. I know what good tools look like. So I decided to build them for her, and hotels like hers.

What We’re Building

Snapstay is a unified platform for boutique hotels. Booking engine, channel manager, insights, everything you need in one place, designed to actually work the way you work.

We’re obsessive about quality. Every feature is built with care. Every interface is crafted to be clear and fast. We believe hotel software should be as elegant as the properties it serves.

This isn’t a side project or a quick cash grab. We’re building for the long term, focused entirely on making boutique hotels more independent and profitable.

How We Work

We’re bootstrapped, which means we answer to our customers, not investors demanding hypergrowth at any cost.

We move deliberately. Features ship when they’re ready, not when a roadmap says they should. We’d rather take the time to build something excellent than rush out something mediocre.

We’re honest. No hidden fees, no dark patterns, no bait-and-switch pricing. The product does what we say it does.

Where We’re At
