Use your account email and password at Sign in. If you forgot your password, request a link at Reset password.

Connected AI assistants
How do I connect ChatGPT or Claude?
You can connect an AI assistant to one Snapstay property. Use this server in the assistant:
https://snapstay.ai/mcp- Add Snapstay in the assistant and start the connection.
- Sign in to Snapstay and choose the property to share.
- Review the access it requests, then select Connect.
What access does an assistant get?
Read access lets the assistant look up property information. Write access lets it make changes in Snapstay. It only gets the access you approve.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Open Settings → Apps in the Snapstay dashboard and disconnect the app. This ends its access immediately. You can also remove Snapstay in the assistant’s own settings.
